We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR -Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The
The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently handle the recruitment process and ensure suitable
candidate for the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and
communication skills, be proficient in handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and have a
strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across pan-India locations – from sourcing,
screening, and scheduling interviews to coordination with hiring managers.
 Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment pipelines, and dashboards to ensure
smooth and efficient tracking of hiring activities.
 Draft, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications for various functions within
the pharma industry.
 Plan, coordinate, and lead campus recruitment initiatives across India – including organizing
campus drives, placement sessions, and participation in job fairs.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells and educational institutions
across the country to strengthen the talent pipeline.
 Be open to extensive travel across India for campus and recruitment-related activities.
 Manage and coordinate with external recruitment consultants, placement agencies, and
staffing partners, while monitoring vendor performance and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
 Handle vendor contracts, invoices, and documentation in line with company policies.
 Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction of new hires across locations.
 Assist in maintaining the HRMS and prepare recruitment-related reports for management
review.
 Partner with the HR team in executing broader HR initiatives as needed.

 Strong interest and understanding of recruitment & talent acquisition.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 High willingness to travel pan-India for recruitment and campus hiring drives.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
 Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with institutions and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduation, MBA in HR
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
· Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles.
· Proficiency in using attendance management systems and biometric data software.
· Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for contributing to the
growth and success of the pharmaceutical company.
